Ms Linda’s Despedida
Was really fun seeing all the legacy P&Gers converging together for Ms Linda’s despedida today.
The endangered species — plus special guest Anton Yap ![]()
I gave a short speech about Linda being the only other person who could force open BPI 6750 after banking hours (the other being Sharon Cuneta), and thanked her for all her contributions to everyone in the center — particularly to myself in the early years of my career in P&G. I have lots of fond memories with her, in our trip to Cincinnati together, major conflagrations of escalations, and all the laughter we shared. We will definitely miss her presence! But we are looking forward to working more with her in the coming months, in her new role. ![]()
On the side, the endangered species also took some snaps.. haha
The Coke machine behind us doesn’t work
What good is a Coke machine without Coke???

Na-extra si Ed ![]()

Today was fun – a break from work. To be able to honor Ms Linda. (: dapat sinama yung short pension plan videos na star si Ms Linda.

Forest House Bistro & Cafe (Baguio)
Third in our continuing series featuring Baguio is the cozy Forest House Bistro & Cafe along Loakan Road. Setting. The place looks and feels like a homey log cabin with crisp fresh air, woodsy interiors, and live music. A live (and very ...
Breakfast at Café by the Ruins (Baguio)
Our next restaurant stop in Baguio is what is probably its most unique. Café by the Ruins' distinctive name is matched by a quirky-artistic vibe and a delicious menu featuring locally-grown ingredients. Setting. Built upon the war 'ruins' of a former ...
Le Chef at the Manor (Camp John Hay, Baguio)
We were fortunate enough to have been able to experience the best of Baguio City right before the recent typhoon onslaughts. I hope this series of Baguio restaurant reviews somehow help the city's economy and tourism recover faster. Under the helm ...

Random Restaurants
Right after a recent round at the Salcedo weekend market, we had a delightful Wagyu fest at Malcolm’s Place, which was just a couple of blocks away. Setting. Spanning two floors, Malcolm’s sports a cozy ambiance that works well for those dining in groups. It may get a bit cramped…
