Chinese fine dining in Manila

10 May 2008 10 Comments

Proof that Chinese food can be “fine”

1. Makati Shangri-la’s Shang Palace — wow, feast on Chinese cuisine in the most elegant way this side of the world

2. Hyatt Manila’s Li Li — very posh and private, and the food is fantastic!

3. Highlands China Palace at Mall of Asia — haven’t been here yet, but reviews say this is a must-try. Looking forward!

China Palace and Tagaytay Highlands in MoA have same owners so I’m sure its a value for your money dining experience.

Hopefully.. As much as I’d like to dine elsewhere (e.g., Lolo Dad’s, Le Soufflé, Antonio’s, or a new prospect I caught at Serendra: Cuillière), I don’t think the folks will appreciate the cuisine.. so we go back to Chinese food na lang hehe
